Who do I call in case of an emergency or accident? (In Mexico)
Its printed on the policy, and in the page that reads “what to do in case of an accident”.
Can I insure 2 or 3 cars the same day? How? Will they charge my credit card three different transactions and three different policies?
We issue one policy per vehicle and we charge the credit card for each transaction.
I am going to Mexico and will be renting a car from a local car rental company. Can I purchase a policy through Got Coverage for this vehicle?
Again, I told them these on the phone and e-mail but NO we cant they have to buy from rental car in mexico.
Can I transfer the policy to another vehicle?
No
Can I cancel my policy which has already started?
1 year policies are cancelled during the first 30 days but we charge a short term rate, unless its justifiable.
Can I insure an American rental car?
Yes with express & written permission from rental car company.
Can I add another driver to my policy?
Yes under alternate driver, only one driver is required to be listed and any other driver that has a valid D.L. from anywhere but Mexico.
